Rodriguez’s fourth rehab start set for Saturday

BOSTON — Eduardo Rodriguez’s fourth rehab start with Triple-A Pawtucket was pushed back to Saturday afternoon, as Friday night’s game vs. the Gwinnett Braves was rained out.
Rodriguez, who twisted his right knee awkwardly in Spring Training while trying to catch a fly ball during batting practice, will start the first game of a seven-inning doubleheader, starting at 4:35 p.m. ET on …
