Mauritius Open 2016: Friday Leaderboard Scores and Highlights

Andrew Dodt carded a round of 70 to keep his place atop the leaderboard at the Mauritius Open on Friday, extending his lead to eight under on a difficult day at Anahita.
Jeunghun Wang also shot a two-under par round to move second, three shots behind the Australian, while excellent rounds of seven under and five under for Nicolas Colsaerts and Ross McGowan saw them climb the leaderboard.

Friday Recap
A quiet front nine saw Dodt pick up a single shot at the seventh and while on balance he picked up just one more shot on the back nine, it was an eventful afternoon for the 30-year-old as he maintained his lead at the top of the standings in windy conditions.
He birdied the 10th before chipping in on the 12th, per the European Tour:

Dodt went out of bounds to drop two shots on the following hole, though, and he picked up a shot at the 14th only to immediately drop it again after finding a bunker.
A birdie on the final hole saw him finish strongly. Per the European Tour, he said:
I’m trying to embrace the challenge and enjoy the conditions and have fun, rather than trying to hold on and be defensive.
