Troy Deeney is determined to help Watford finish the season with a flourish in their final Premier League match of the campaign against Sunderland.
The Hornets are 13th ahead of Sunday’s final game but could potentially finish 11th with three points against Sam Allardyce’s side, who secured their top flight status against Everton on Wednesday.
Watford’s form has taken a dip in the second half of the season and Quique Sanchez Flores’ future at the club is in doubt, with the former Atletico Madrid manager refusing to discuss his future on Wednesday, despite leading the side to Premier League safety and an FA Cup semi-final.
