Flores tight-lipped on future

Watford manager Quique Sanchez Flores refused to talk about his future at Vicarage Road after the club’s 4-2 defeat at Norwich City on Wednesday night.
The Hornets released a statement less than an hour before kick-off at Carrow Road claiming there was no change in the Spaniard’s position after Italian Walter Mazzarri had been linked with the role.
However, Flores – who signed a two-year deal last summer – was adamant that those in charge of the club were happy with how the season, in which Watford have reached the FA Cup semi-finals and are 13th in the Premier League, has fared.
“I think we resolved this type of situation very quick,” he said. “At this moment, I am not talking about that because we need to play on Sunday, but everybody is happy.
