Chelsea and adidas to part company

Chelsea and adidas have opted to terminate their existing partnership six years early in 2017.
adidas has been the sponsor and sportswear supplier for the Premier League club since 2006 and the decision will allow Chelsea to enter a new equipment agreement with other companies.
