UFC featherweight Dennis Siver is out of his upcoming matchup against former two-division champion and current UFC Hall of Famer B.J. Penn at UFC 199 with an undisclosed injury, according to an initial report from BJPenn.com. UFC officials have not confirmed the news at this time.
UFC officials are actively looking for a replacement to fight Penn, the report stated.
