UFC fighter rankings: Overeem moves ahead of Miocic at heavyweight

The heavyweight division has some contenders again. The result of this weekend’s title fight between Fabricio Werdum and Stipe Miocic will have major implications for the weight class, but one man appears to have nudged his way ahead of the crowd for the next shot – Alistair Overeem.
The Reem stopped former champ Andrei Arlovski in the UFC Rotterdam headliner last weekend, and the rankings panel was impressed enough to actually move him above Miocic in the divisional rankings.
