Prosecutor delays decision on Minnesota’s Lynch

MINNEAPOLIS — A prosecutor has delayed a decision on whether to charge a Minnesota basketball player arrested on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct last weekend.
The Hennepin County Attorney’s office on Tuesday deferred a decision in the case of center Reggie Lynch, who was released from jail when a 36-hour hold expired. The decision sends the case back to investigators for additional work. There is no deadline on when …
