Texans’ Brock Osweiler on new offense: Like learning French in front of 75K people

HOUSTON — The bold moves and offensive makeover the Texans gave themselves during free agency didn’t stop there.
That fact pleased the player at the center of their free agent haul.
“What quarterback doesn’t like some speed on the outside?” quarterback Brock Osweiler said during the Houston Texans’ Charity Golf Classic. “Very exciting draft, but it was an exciting draft as a whole. Everybody we took I think will help this football team somewhere. As coaches say, it’s about finding your role. We’re coming together as a team.”

While the Texans have spent the offseason making over their offense, their level of success will center around their most significant move. Osweiler’s development and comfort level will dictate much of whether those changes work. He’s working on it now and it’s energized him.
