D’Angelo Russell Comments on Relationship with Nick Young After Leaked Video

In the wake of a video featuring Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young discussing potential infidelity leaking in March, D’Angelo Russell isn’t sure his relationship with his teammate will be able to recover.
Russell secretly recorded the video involving Young, who is engaged to rapper Iggy Azalea. As seen in the following video, courtesy of TMZ Sports, the 2015 No. 2 overall selection in the NBA draft was asked about the situation last weekend:
When asked by TMZ if he and Nick Young would be “cool next year,” Russell didn’t have a definitive answer: “I don’t know. Only time will tell, right?”
Russell became a social pariah of sorts immediately following the incident, as he was even booed by his home fans at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
