The Dallas Cowboys finished last season ranked No. 30 in ESPN’s power rankings.
The return of quarterback Tony Romo and projected rookie sensation running back Ezekiel Elliott have helped them jump 19 spots in the post-draft rankings.
The Baltimore Ravens made a 12-spot move, the Green Bay Packers seven and the Indianapolis Colts and New York Giants five spots each.
