Evans to learn new trial date

Ched Evans will learn the date for his new rape trial when he appears at Mold Crown Court in North Wales on May 27.
The former Sheffield United, Manchester City and Norwich striker had his conviction for rape quashed by the Court of Appeal in London last month – but he must face a retrial.
