Rogan: it’s ‘very possible’ a McGregor vs. Mayweather boxing match goes to decision

After all the hoopla over Conor McGregor’s issues with the UFC and his eventual removal from a UFC 200 rematch with Nate Diaz, things seemed to die down for a few days. Then another angle came up – a possible boxing match between McGregor and retired P4P great Floyd Mayweather. While it seemed preposterous at the time, it has been given some credence by a few sources. It’s still highly unlikely – but that isn’t stopping people from talking about it.
The latest person to offer his opinion is UFC announcer Joe Rogan on his podcast. While he understands how unlikely the bout is, he at least thinks Conor could take Floyd to a decision in a boxing ring due to Mayweather’s age and relative lack of punching power.
