John Carroll girls breezes past Otterbein to grab the 9th OAC title, first in 10 years

Just like in the men’s section, John Carroll Blue Streaks are the 2016 Ohio Athletic Conference champions, following their convincing victory over Otterbein Cardinals by 5-0 at Lindner Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio. This was the 9th conference title for the Blue Streaks (first since 2006) who were the dominant team whole season, with 11-0 in conference play. Thus, they’ve earned the automatic spot in the draw of the 2016 NCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Championships, achieving that for the first time in school’s history.
