Vorganov free to race despite meldonium positive

Following a mid-April statement by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), recognizing the slippery nature of meldonium testing, Katusha rider Eduard Vorganov’s provisional suspension has been lifted, the UCI announced Monday.
