Leicester duo close to new deals

Leicester’s heralded head of recruitment Steve Walsh and assistant manager Craig Shakespeare are close to signing new contracts, the vice-chairman has confirmed.
Sky sources reported back in March that the duo had agreed terms on new contracts that would keep them at the King Power Stadium until 2018.
Shakespeare, credited with the signings of Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kante among others, says “we’ve not signed but it’s all agreed”.
