UFC Rotterdam main card results: de Randamie stops Elmose, Krylov wins again

The UFC Rotterdam main card is halfway done, and we saw Germaine de Randamie send her home fans into a frenzy, Nikita Krylov extend his UFC winning streak to 4, and Karolina Kowalkiewicz remain undefeated in her professional career. Here’s how those fights played out:
Germaine de Randamie def. Anna Elmose via TKO (strikes) at 3:46 of round 1 – Women’s Bantamweights
Elmose tried to make the fight “ugly” with a grinding gameplan and a push for takedowns, but it didn’t pan out. Germaine’s size advantage was definitely noticeable against the Dane, and she drilled her with hard punches and knees to the head and body. “The Iron Lady” had Elmose in the clinch, crushed with several knees, then one massive knee to the body dropped Elmose in a heap and forced the stoppage. An emotional moment for de Randamie, who is 3-1 in the UFC and has picked up back-to-back stoppages.
