Arians tells Nkemdiche to slow it down at practice

The month of May is filled with coaches handing out praise to their untested rookies. Though it’s only May 8, we might’ve already stumbled on the greatest compliment we’ll hear all offseason. Unsurprisingly, it came from quote machine Bruce Arians, who doubles as the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals.
According to Arians, Cardinals first-round pick Robert Nkemdiche isn’t just dominating at rookie minicamp — he’s bench-pressing offensive linemen.
