Heavyweight Schaub says ‘low-level amateur’ would destroy Amir Khan in MMA

Last week, WBC boxing middleweight title challenger Amir Khan said he wanted to fight Conor McGregor in a mixed martial arts bout.

The Olympic silver medalist is a longtime fan of the sport and admits to incorporating MMA training into his boxing regime. “I’ve already done MMA training,” Khan told the Daily Star in a recent interview. “It’s good for preparing to fight a guy like Canelo who likes to put the pressure on.”
