Daly has stellar showing in senior circuit debut

John Daly made his PGA Tour Champions debut on Friday at the Insperity Invitational and Daly went out and posted a 2-under 70 amid all the fanfare around his first event on the senior circuit.
Fans in attendance on Friday received Daly bobbleheads and he had as large a gallery as you’ll see at a Champions event following the group of Daly, Peter Jacobson and Fuzzy Zoeller, but for the most part, Daly’s round was uneventful.
