Jamie Carragher Slams Marouane Fellaini After Ban for Robert Huth Elbow Incident

Jamie Carragher has launched a scathing attack on Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini, dubbing him a “menace in the worst possible sense.”
The former Liverpool defender insisted, “My personal hope is that we would never see him playing in the Premier League again.”
Writing for the Daily Mail, current Sky Sports pundit Carragher took Fellaini to task after the Belgian midfielder received a three-match ban for elbowing Leicester City’s Robert Huth during a recent 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in the Premier League.
Carragher stated Fellaini is not a “United player in any shape or form” and that his frequent physical outbursts mean he should also be banned for the club’s FA Cup final against Crystal Palace at Wembley:
It can’t be right that he will be available for Manchester United’s big day against Crystal Palace on May 21. …
… Three games is not a sentence that will prove a deterrent to Fellaini. He is a repeat offender and it has gone beyond the point now where people can attempt to defend him by saying he is a tall lad who is using his arms for leverage.
Carragher is adamant Fellaini knew what he was doing when he swung an arm at Huth in the box. …
