Leicester City enter Week 37 of the Premier League campaign with a massive weight off their shoulders, and they’ll host Everton on Sunday in their first match as official champions of England’s top flight.

While the title is already decided, the campaign’s drama is far from over as Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and more vie to finish as close to the summit as possible.

The month of May presents a particularly hectic course for Liverpool to traverse, however, after they defeated Villarreal in midweek to book their place in the UEFA Europa League final against Sevilla.
