Mariners lose Walker early to neck spasms

HOUSTON — Taijuan Walker, who has been the Mariners’ top starter in the first month of the season, was taken out after two innings in Friday’s 6-3 loss to the Astros at Minute Maid Park due to neck spasms.
Walker was replaced by right-hander Mayckol Guaipe.
