AVC Executive Committee Meeting held in Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand, May 5, 2016 – The AVC Executive Committee Meeting was held on Thursday in Bangkok to review and prepare for the 38th AVC Board of Administration Meeting the following day.
Jointly chaired by AVC President Dr Saleh A. Bin Nasser and FIVB and AVC Honorary Life President Mr Wei Jizhong, the meeting also took place with aims of hearing a briefing about the current situation and controversial issues of some National Federations, namely India, American Samoa and Kuwait and to prepare for the comprehensive review of implement of resolution aside from approving the Agenda of the AVC Board of Administration Meeting.
Also in attendance in the Thursday’s meeting were FIVB General Director Mr Fabio Azevedo, Executive Vice President Mr Essa Hamza, Executive Vice President Mrs Rita Subowo and five Zonal Executive Vice Presidents including AVC Secretary-General and Zonal Executive Vice President S.E.Z.
