LAS VEGAS — The T-Mobile Arena, a brand-new facility that the MGM and AEG partnered on to build just off the Strip behind New York New York, opened in April and will host its first boxing event when middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez and Amir Khan rumble there on Saturday night (HBO PPV, 9 ET).
