Tito Ortiz advises McGregor to trust Dana White and not ‘battle against the system’

Conor McGregor’s on-going feud with the UFC has been all the rage in the MMA world this past month. The Irishman was removed from UFC 200, where he was expected to headline the event in a welterweight rematch with Nate Diaz, for refusing to fulfil media obligations in Las Vegas.
Since his withdrawal from the pay-per-view, just about everyone has had a say on the matter. UFC flyweight title challenger Henry Cejudo thinks ‘The Notorious’ needed disciplining; Anderson Silva can see both sides of the story; Cain Velasquez isn’t too bothered, but sides with the UFC.
As for Tito Ortiz, who became one of the most controversial stars in the sport, the former light heavyweight champion sees himself in Conor McGregor but advises ‘The Notorious’ to reserve his energy for fighting instead of ‘battling against the system’.
