Navy secretary ‘confident’ Reynolds will play

Navy’s Keenan Reynolds has a good chance at playing for the Baltimore Ravens in 2016, according to Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus.
Reynolds, who was drafted in the sixth round Saturday, is hoping to pursue his NFL dream while honoring his service commitment.
