The perks of being an NFL player already seem to be paying off for Patriots rookie Malcolm Mitchell.
Less than 24 hours after the fourth-rounder was drafted on Saturday, Mitchell received a tweet from Academy Award winning actress Reese Witherspoon. And no, this wasn’t a romantic tweet, Witherspoon was trying to get Mitchell to join her book club.
