Remko Rinkema, Dzmitry Urbanovich, and Others Earn European Poker Awards

On Tuesday night over in Monaco, the annual European Poker Awards took place. Awards were given out in 12 categories to reward those in the European poker industry. Some of the winners included PokerNews contributors, with Remko Rinkema, host of the Remko Report, earning European Media Person of the Year, and Jesse May and Mickey May winning the award for European Poker Media Content of the Year for their PokerNews feature article Devilfish: A Friend with a Heart of Gold.
Other winners included Dzmitry Urbanovich for European Breakout Player of the Year, Hermance Blum for European Industry Person of the Year, and the EPT Barcelona Main Event for European Event of the Year (Buy-In Over €2,000).
