Odell Beckham’s cousin hopes to impress Jets at tryout

Odell Beckham Jr.’s freakishly athletic cousin — a running back/Internet sensation — is getting a tryout with the New York Jets this weekend. Terron Beckham, who looks like he jumped off the pages of a bodybuilding magazine, is slated to participate in their rookie minicamp as a non-roster invitee. It’s the longest of long shots, but at least he’s getting a shot. That, in itself, is an accomplishment, considering his background. Beckham, 23, played high school football in the Dallas area, but he never played college ball. He became a bodybuilder, a fitness trainer and a model, but his passion for football was reignited a couple of years ago when his famous cousin was drafted by the New York Giants.
