Chelsea, Tottenham Charged for Failing to Control Players and Officials

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have both been charged by the Football Association after their battle at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
The FA confirmed the details in a statement on their website on Wednesday, in which it’s alleged both of the London clubs breached FA Rule E20 three times for “failing to control their players and/or officials.”
Specific times are noted for two of these incidents, the 45th minute and 87th minute, with the first relating to a scuffle involving a host of players at half-time—most notably Spurs’ Mousa Dembele, who is mentioned in the statement. An incident at the end of the game was also cited in the FA’s report.
