Iran juniors prepare to defend their Asian crown

Lausanne, Switzerland, May 2, 2016 – The national junior volleyball team of Iran has set up a preparation camp for the Asian Junior Championship as they seek to defend the title they won in 2014.
The 18th Asian Boy’s U21 Championship will take place in Chinese Taipei from July 9 to 17.
The preparation camp started on April 30, 90 days before the opening match of the tournament.
The President of Iran’s Volleyball Federation, Mohammad Reza Davarzani, visited the young players on the first day of the camp and emphasized the importance of junior age-groups for the future of volleyball in Iran.
