Tijuana, Mexico, May 3, 2016 – The Board of Administration and Executive Committee of the North, Central American and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (NORCECA) held meetings at the Grand Hotel in Tijuana this weekend.For three days the confederation members analysed calendars and work plans for indoor and beach volleyball.“We are very glad and satisfied with the work done here.
