The most chaotic part of the NFL Draft doesn’t actually happen during the NFL Draft, it happens afterward.
Every year, after the draft concludes, the NFL’s 32 teams compete to sign the best undrafted college free agents. The signing process is fast and furious: In the 48 hours following the end of the draft, more than 400 free agents will sign with an NFL team.
