Azarenka: ‘I want to win a Slam. If I think about beating Serena Williams, it becomes an obsession’

It has been a great season so far for Victoria Azarenka. The Belarusian, who’s second in the WTA Race after her wins in Brisbane, Indian Wells and Miami this year, now wants to continue to play at the highest level. Interviewed by Marca, she also spoke about the injuries she had.
‘I have always been of the opinion that these things (that) happen, happen for a reason. Being out (for) much time was necessary to comeback stronger,’ she said, continuing, ‘I want to win another Major.’ She then went on to talk about her rival Serena Williams, whom she defeated in the Indian Wells final in March.
