Redskins rookie Cravens to honor Sean Taylor

In the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, Washington selected a safety by the name of Su’a Cravens. Cravens played his college football at USC, where he wore uniform No. 21. Why 21? Well, he wore it to honor the late Sean Taylor, who wore that number in the NFL when he played for… Washington.
As Cravens told Washington’s official website, “He’s definitely my all-time favorite safety, and those are big shoes to fill. So when I come into Washington, I’m ready to play and hopefully I can be half as good as that man.”
Washington made Taylor the No. 5 overall pick draft back in 2004. He came out of the University of Miami as one of the best safety prospects the NFL had ever seen. A big (6-foot-2, 230 pounds), fierce hitter, Taylor could also cover the entire field from sideline to sideline …
