Odell Beckham’s cousin lands tryout with Jets

Even though the NFL Draft is seven rounds and 253 picks long, there still aren’t enough draft slots to account for all the players that throw their name into the ring in hopes of being selected by one of the league’s 32 teams. The 253 that hear their names called know exactly where they’re going to begin their pro career, but for many of the remaining players, there’s a decision to make. Teams rush to call their top undrafted free agents as soon as the draft ends, maybe even earlier, hoping to secure their services for mini-camp and possibly beyond.
One of those undrafted players this year goes by the name of Terron Beckham. If that name sounds familiar, well, it’s because he has a very famous cousin by the name of Odell. Odell is one of the best wide receivers in all of football, and he plies his trade for the New York Giants.
