Bears add Hoyer after missing out on Cook deal

The Bears didn’t take a quarterback during the 2016 NFL Draft — though it may not be from lack of trying — but shortly after the proceedings, the team agreed to terms with Brian Hoyer, according to CBS Sports NFL analyst Jason La Canfora.
