Tiger won’t play at Wells Fargo, but Furyk will

There was some chatter that Tiger Woods might make his 2016 return at the Wells Fargo Championship next weekend at Quail Hollow. That’s not going to happen though as the deadline for registration for the tournament has already passed. Woods is not registered, according to Golf Channel.
“I have not talked to Mark [Steinberg] at all. I read the same thing everybody else did,” Executive Director of the Wells Fargo Championship Kym Hougham told GolfChannel.com.
