Watford manager Quique Sanchez Flores insists uncertainty over his future is not helping his players, despite their dramatic 3-2 win over Aston Villa.
Troy Deeney’s late double handed the Hornets a much-needed win, only their second in nine Premier League games, but speculation over the Spaniard’s job security is still rife.
Watford were poor for most of the game until the final moments, when Villa went down to 10 men due to Aly Cissokho’s dismissal, and Flores says speculation surrounding his future is not good for the players.
