Raiders trade up to draft QB Cook in 4th round

The Oakland Raiders traded up in the fourth round to select Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook.
The Raiders gave up picks in the fourth (No. 114) and fifth (No. 154) rounds to the Cleveland Browns on Saturday to take Cook with the 100th overall pick.
