Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard is determined to end a season of ignominy on a high note as he prepares to face rivals Tottenham.
Hazard, who lost his PFA Player of the Year crown to Riyad Mahrez on Sunday, has suffered a miserable campaign, scoring his first goals of the season in last weekend’s win over Bournemouth.
His own personal struggles have been mirrored by his club, with Chelsea languishing 22 points behind second-placed Spurs, but Hazard believes it is important the Blues give the fans hope that things will improve next season …
