Pellegrini: Stay committed

Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is determined to keep his side focused as they make the tricky trip to Southampton on Sunday.
The Premier League clash at St Mary’s comes between the two legs of City’s Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid, which is delicately poised after Tuesday’s goalless first meeting at the Etihad Stadium.
However, Pellegrini knows City cannot afford to take things easy at St Mary’s as their place in next season’s Champions League is not secured.
City are third in the table heading into this weekend’s fixtures but only five points ahead of fifth-placed Manchester United, who have a game in hand.
