Skaggs to have shoulder evaluated

ARLINGTON — The final stage of Tyler Skaggs’ recovery from Tommy John surgery has hit a snag.
Skaggs, scratched from his start for Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday, has some tightness in his throwing shoulder, which will force him to travel to Los Angeles and get evaluated by the Angels.
