Adrian Peterson to Laquon Treadwell: Set mind on championship

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — Minnesota Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said Thursday night that Laquon Treadwell is one of the best blocking wide receivers he’s ever seen. That’s probably not the only reason the Vikings’ first-round pick got the approval of their franchise running back, but it doesn’t hurt.
Adrian Peterson took to Twitter shortly after the Vikings selected Treadwell with the 23rd overall pick, praising the selection and telling Treadwell to “set your mind on winning a championship, son!”
