Will Fuller to Texans: Trade Details, Twitter Reaction in 2016 NFL Draft

The Houston Texans traded up one spot in the 2016 NFL draft with the Washington Redskins to select Notre Dame wide receiver Will Fuller with the 21st overall pick.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the Texans gave up a 2017 sixth-round pick to move up to No. 21.
Twitter reacted to Houston’s acquisition, as Fuller became only the second receiver off the board.
CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora felt like the Texans made a savvy decision to get ahead of other teams in need at Fuller’s position:
