Titan FC 38 marks a new chapter in the promotion’s MMA story

Titan FC has recently made changes in the way they run the promotion in order to stand out from the competition. The new chapter in the MMA promotion’s story will be a nod to Strikeforce.
Titan FC will now operate and hold events in South Florida. The new format is similar to how Strikeforce held their big shows in California but put on smaller cards in other states to find local talent.
The promotion’s next event, Titan FC 38, takes place this Saturday in Miami. The card is headlined by former WSOF champion Steve Carl and Belal Muhammad, who will be fighting for the vacant Welterweight Championship.
Florida is a hotbed of MMA talent with MMA super camps like American Top Team and Blackzilians producing tons of local talent. For Carl, who trains out of ATT, the new change in direction allows him to fight close to home.
