A grand jury has indicted Cardell Hayes, who allegedly shot and killed former New Orleans Saints player Will Smith on the charge of second-degree murder.
Cardell Hayes has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of former Saints player Will Smith following a car crash. New Orleans Police Department
Hayes has also been indicted on the charge of attempted murder against Smith’s wife, Racquel.
