Sonnen blasts McGregor’s coach after begging to get Conor back on UFC 200

Chael Sonnen recently weighed in on Conor McGregor’s situation with the UFC, and the MMA fighter-turned-analyst has put John Kavanagh on blast for not showing solidarity. According to the former title contender, once McGregor put out his definitive stance, his coach ruined it by releasing somewhat contradicting statements after.
“His coach cannot be putting anything out about him ever. Period. Ever. Because he doesn’t get it!” Sonnen said. “Respectfully, coach Kavanagh, You don’t get it. You don’t get it! Your student does. He gets it. Conor knows what’s going on.”
“Every time you talk and think you’re helping him, you’re not. You’re hurting the cause. You have to stop!”
Sonnen then referenced a tweet made by McGregor shortly after the hold out with the UFC started.
