Fact: Since the merger in 1970, only five out of 96 quarterbacks selected in the first round of the NFL draft have made the Hall of Fame (5.2 percent). Those quarterbacks are Troy Aikman, John Elway, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino and Terry Bradshaw.
